Why aren't all my collections appearing on my live store's main menu?

Hi,

Ive got my website nearly fully designed and on the main menu of my live store if I click ‘shop collections’ only a few of the collections I actually have appear and its so so so so annoying please help me. but then if you manually search for the collection name in the search bar on my live store the correct products come up. have a look for yourself: https://b0678a-3.myshopify.com/

then click shop collections and you’ll see only a small number of my collections appear. I also deleted two collections and now they still come up on my live store with ‘no image’

@LorcaDelgado - shop our collections is a mega menu option, did you add your all collections to this mega menu item?

no I haven’t yet been able to add anything to the mega menu option of shop our collections I can’t figure out how to. thank you for your swift reply

@LorcaDelgado - please open customize settings and check if you have any option to add menu items

• check navigation settings to check if you have it there

or

• check if it is coming through any app and add collections in it

in navigation settings I tried to add all collections or specific collections but it still wouldn’t appear on my live site.

@LorcaDelgado - it is not in main menu, check if you have mega menu app

@LorcaDelgado - as you can see that you have enabled a mega menu, so we need to figure out from where it is been fetched

ah thank you, how could I go about finding out where it was fetched from. I used a web builder to create it.

the builder just built it all for me and I can’t seem to change anything that its created, ill get in touch with their customer service team. what specifically shall I ask for?
