I sell digital items on my website. I get orders where people have purchased multiple digital items. Sometimes they all automatically fulfill, sometimes only part of them auto fulfill. There’s no rhyme or reason as to why that I can figure out. All show low risk of fraud. Anyone know why or how I can make sure they ALL auto-fulfill??
To find the answer, you’d first have to identify what is automatically fulfilling some items.
Check the order timeline to see what is auto fulfilling them (app, person, etc).
If it’s an app, contact the app and send them an order that fulfills vs does not fulfill, they should be able to identify the data in the order preventing the auto fulfill from happening.
