I set up my rates quite a while ago they were all working. Today iv gone in and only my customise rate (discounted) is available. Express and Other methods are no longer there. Please Help!
When creating the shipping rates, you are given the option to choose a rate based on either cart weight or cart price. If one or more of your shipping rates fall outside of your specified conditions they will not show in checkout. For instance if you’ve created a rate that only shows when the cart is £20-40 and the cart value is £10, that rate will not show. Alternatively if your rate is based on weight and that criteria is 10-20kg and the cart weight is 5kg again the rate will not show.
There is also the possibility that your rates are not created within the shipping zone (where the customer is geographically).
I would suggest you re-visit your shipping rates and zones to ensure that your testing criteria is fulfilled.
