Why aren't all product images displaying in my spotlight theme store?

Hello,

I have the ‘spotlight’ theme, and when viewing my store I can only see two images per product. The primary image does not match the first image in the product either. The problem is that I have multiple variations and when chosen, the image will appear. But I would like all images displayed so the customer can see all the options before choosing.

The octos, there’s several of them. I’m not able to share the products because the site isn’t live.
