Why aren't all products displaying in my Refresh theme collection?

Hey all,

I have built our website using the Refresh theme and I love it! But all of my products in the collection I made are not showing when I click “SHOW ALL.” I have it selected as a certain collection and there are 20 products but only about 12 are showing up. What is going on???
