On the header link to my shirts collection, when I click it, the page brings up the notice that all filters must be removed and it is not showing the products. However, when I click my secondary link to the shirts page (found further down on the home page) it displays all the shirts when clicked. How do I fix the first one? I have removed all filters so I am not sure what is going on.

In your case, I see that the link to “Shirts” in the navigation is wrong. You can follow these steps:
Go to Online Store → Navigation → Main menu → Shirts → Edit → Link and paste this link, then choose it: https://thesinningtype.com/collections/statement-shirts/
