I am using the android app (9.89.1 - 33090) on a Google Pixel 6 - november 22 update (Android 13 TP1A.221105.002)
The notifications are extremely buggy. A few times I get order notifications - a lot of times I don’t get any.
Sometimes they come 3-4 at a time - other times I hear the start of the “cha…” but no “ching” - it is just abrubtly broken.
Sometimes test notifications come through - sometimes they don’t.
Around 15-20% of the orders come through on notifications - the rest don’t.
I tried forcing the app close, clear cache, clear data, uninstall app, reboot device and reinstall app.
This didn’t work.
Support cannot find anything wrong, but this has been going on since around November 8 where the lastest update on the Shopify app came out.
I suspect it might be an issue with the Shopify app <> Android 13 (or Pixel 6) - but I really hope someone knows more than I do.
