The options and details entered by the customer when ordering do not show up on the “Orders” page when I receive the order. So I have no idea what options they have chosen. The customers are filling out the required fields, but I can’t see those details. In this order, the customer has specified a “graduation year” but it’s nowhere to be seen. I’m using the app “Product Options & Customizer.” I’ve consulted their customer service and the app is set up and working as it should be. My store theme is Refresh. If this requires some sort of code writing, I’m going to need big help!
