Why aren't customers receiving SMS notifications for orders in Norway?

For a shop in Norway, to norwegian phone numbers. Buyers don’t get messages when they order nor when I try to resend later. Is this just not meant to work?

Or do I need a 3rd party app? In any case they don’t work either. Tried Klayvio, but it turned out to be useless because it only supports four countries. Tried SMSbump, but it doesn’t do anything either.

Better yet, just go to any VoIP number. No need to bother with regional numbers, you will always have one number.

From my understanding customers who opt for text messages will only receive the delivery status sms. The option to select delivery status via text is available on the thank you page after the customer places the order.

If you still want to send it to all customers who placed orders, you will have to go for a 3rd party app.

Use the Apps which are from India, so you can get local support and cheaper rates.
