So I have installed “Advanced COD” and created a custom Cash On Delivery rates but whenever I try to checkout It does not add extra COD charges. I want to solve this asap.

It sounds as though this is likely an issue with the application itself. Have you contacted the app developers yet? I recommend reaching out to them first to make sure that all the necessary installation steps were completed. Ultimately, it will be important to confirm with the app first and foremost that everything appears to be in working order.
If they come back to you saying that the problem is on Shopify’s end of things, please get back to me and we can look into this further for you.
