Why aren't Facebook and TikTok pixels firing on my website?

Greetings,

I’ve been trying to get the Facebook and Tiktok pixel to fire off on my website for the last 2 days. I’ve watched so many videos through paid classes and free Youtube videos but nothing has worked. I’m able to download the apps through Shopify and when I walkthrough the setup process. However, when I go to verify that the pixels are working properly on my website using TikTok and Meta Pixel extensions; nothing fires off meaning that no pixels are found.

I’d recommend including some context so someone can help you solve this.

Example:

  • Link to your website and a page you’re expecting the pixel to show

  • Instructions you followed (link or what you did in Shopify)

  • Screenshot of the pixel

  • Explanation of what is actually happening “nothing fires off” is hard to know exactly what you’re referring to

Seems like that would be enough for someone experienced with installing those social media pixels to help identify the problem.
