Why aren't items with 'pipe' in title showing up in my collection?

Hi everyone,

So im not too sure why this is happening but i have been adding a few items with “pipe” in the title and in the Tags section.

I have made a collection that will add the items that have “pipe” in the title and tags but for some reason the items aren’t showing up in the collection.

can anyne help.

Have you set up an automated collection as per these instructions: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/collections/automated-collections/

Just double check you have the conditions set up correctly: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/collections/automated-collections/auto-select#add-selection-conditions-for-an-automated-collection

If you have both tag and title set as the requirement then perhaps that is preventing it from adding to collection if both values are not on product.

It’s all working now i think it just needed some time to fully update. thank you for your help
