hi, I have made some discounts active buy x get y free, they say they are active, I have selected products, selected minimum purchase amount, selected the free gift, Ive looked on youtube to check Ive done everything that I should have done but none of them are showing at the checkout when I do a test basket. Any ideas on what else I need to do please?
Is the product already discounted? If so, Shopify seems cannot offer multiple discounts.
I have the products set at a discounted 10% price, however I have always had the products discounted and been able to do a free gift before?

The item that you get free will not be automatically added by Shopify, you have to add it yourself and then add the CODE so you get it free.
