We try to add the products and it shows that the products have been added.
But when we go into the category where we added the product, the product doesn’t show up. We tried many things but nothing helped.

Have you considered a different app for your Aliexpress items? Spocket has an extension for Aliexpress products and as well as their independent suppliers that you can choose from with faster shipping.

I’d be happy to look into this. To confirm your question. Are you having issues with products showing up in your online store AFTER you have uploaded them into your admin and assigned them to a collection?
