so basically started my shopify store, as a side thing and i have my own products made in gelato and then i have products imported from ALIEXPRESS, the problem is the aliexpress products don’t ship to where my own products can ship too, and i get it different suppliers. On the aliexpress website it shows it ships and on mines it does not? maybe is a setting on my store? need help. Tried it all even activated international shipping.

I do apologize but I’m not quite sure of the question. From what I am reading you have orders shipping on AliExpress, but the corresponding orders in your Shopify are not showing as shipped. Is that correct?
If so, this would depend on the app you used to fulfill and import your AliExpress products. Can you provide more context into what method you are using?
