After Facebook disabled my account, none of my apps work on my shopify store.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the apps you are having trouble with?

I recommend you reach out to each app’s provider to have them investigate the problem thoroughly. Maybe there’s another reason other than Facebook disabling your account.
