Issue: Theme changes in the Dawn theme aren’t appearing in preview; only the logo updates. Merchant is on a 3‑day trial and the storefront is password-protected. The theme editor/preview keeps showing the password page and won’t switch to the homepage.
Actions taken:
Refreshed, logged out/in, and tried to contact Shopify Support (chat connection failed with “null/troubleshoot”).
Helper requested and received store login credentials, logged in successfully, and confirmed edits save and display. They added a banner and footer links and advised removing the shared password from the post.
Merchant still sees only the password page in preview; entering the password doesn’t redirect or unlock the homepage. Helper suggested logging in via the store login URL and later restarting the PC/trying different browsers.
Current status: No resolution. Helper can view and edit normally, indicating the store/theme works server-side. The merchant’s issue appears local (browser/PC/session) as they remain stuck on the password screen.
Notes: Multiple screenshots were shared showing the editor locked on the password page and failed access to the homepage.
I am in my 3 days trial and currently using the Dawn Version theme. Now, all the changes I create through the online store themes are not reflected in the preview. The preview only shows the updated logo but that is it. No changes are reflected. Please note that I did click on save after every change. What can I do?

Followed all your steps and still not working. Attached is the only page I can see with the password page only, whenever I click on homepage it keeps me on the password page.
