The problem is that you’re using the rel=“canonical” tag wrong.
By using the rel tag this way, you’re telling the search engines that all the collection tags have the same content, because you have the same tags on every collection page.
With the rel tag, you link from a duplicate page to the original. But you used the tag on every collection page.
I would remove all rel tags, have Google re-index the pages, wait a bit and check again.
Your error should then be gone and your pages indexed.
