Yes all products which are in collections are active and sales channel also checked well

yeah sir i have the same problem i cant see any of my products in my online store as well as in my theme customization settings, but the products are showing under the product section and the products are active and sales channel store is also active , next to my product it says as ‘inventory not tracked’ is this the reason?

even i have the same problem my products arent showing in my online store but i have imported from cj why is it?

Hi @Nurzada I checked and found your navigation menu URL is wrong that’s why product is not showing.

Just follow this steps -

  1. Go to Collections > click on one collection like Make-up > scroll down click on Edit Snippet > see the URL and copy URL now follow step no. 2

  2. Go to Online Store > Navigation > choose the header menu > you will see Make-up > paste the URL then Save!

That’s it! you have to follow this steps for the all the collection which is mentioned in the navigation menu. output will see like this -
