Why aren't my earrings collection showing online even after activation?

In my Collection for Earrings, it says that the earrings are not showing online. All the products are active. I chose a date and made them active. The message goes away but returns,

Can you please share your store link here? I want to look into the issue and try to help as much as possible.

In the meantime, I would like to share a few possible reasons why you’re not seeing your products appear. The first would be if you have multiple collections and the incorrect ones are linked in the Navigation. You can double-check which collection it is under Online Store>Navigation. Then select your menu and the menu item. The information will appear here.

You’ll also see the option to filter the collection by tags in this spot. Make sure any tags you add here match the tags you have on the products you want to see. Any products that don’t have tags matching what is typed in here won’t appear. You can learn more about product tags here.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots and the link.

I checked your store and the Earrings collection from the main navigation directs me to a collection with visible products. You can see below how it looks on my end.

Can you confirm if you see the same on your end?

From the screenshot you sent, there seem to be two Earrings collections. One of them has a condition to show only products with an inventory level of zero. This means this collection would only show sold out products. I assume you don’t want that, so I recommend removing this condition.

The second collection has a note that it’s unavailable on Online Store. To show this collection on your store, it is essential to have the Online Store channel enabled. To do that, head over to the collection and in the right-hand sidebar, under Collection availability, click Manage. Then, tick the Online Store box. Then click the Save button.

Make sure to remove one of the existing Earring collections - the one you won’t use. That way, you will avoid confusion when adding to the navigation.

you need to make the collection available on the store. It’s very easy to do. Just click the collection and on the right side, you will see “Collection Availability”.

Click “Manage” and then tick the “Online” option. Save the changes.
