Why aren't my edits showing on the front end of my website?

Hi there,

I’m facing a strange issue on my shopify website.

I’m editing the landing page, it works pretty well and also save the updating. But changes are not showing on front-end.

Here is the store URL.

I just remember one thing. I gave access to the theme team. After that there were two markets in website.

International and local. I was very confused while working, because sometimes I change something, and it was not appeared at one store and sometimes on another.

So, I deleted one market. I think website is showing this behavior after that.

Can someone help please?

Hi @Samsatech

We run to this issue sometimes when two individual are editing the same theme at the same time.

Would you please guide me how to fix it? I’m the only one who is editing the website. Earlier, I gave access to a staff account but then I suspended, but issue is still here. It seems that there are two different pages, the editing one is different from the one on landing page.

Can you try to clear your browser cookies, and also try incognito browser.

I checked it earlier.

Now I have cleared all history and cookies again one more time and used incognito mode but still same issue

Here is an update.

I created a new market, then went to customize. From there, I clicked on “Default” on the top bar and then selected Pakistan.

It refreshed, and then showed exactly the same landing page in editor.

But it didn’t allow me to change anything in Header and Footer (the common sections in markets).

I don’t understand how I can choose only for Pakistan. Because I don’t need any other. I want to make Pakistan market as the main market. It’s showing primary market but didn’t work as needed.
