Why aren't my featured products showing even though they are active?

The products list are not showing under “Featured Product” even though the product is active. Pls. let me know what is the issue and what is the solution asap.

Typically when I see this question, the products are set to ‘active’ but they haven’t been made ‘available’ to the ‘Online Store Sales Channel’. I’m going to provide you some steps below to check this setting out, so that way you can make sure the products are set to ‘available’, as this should solve your issue!

  • Login to your Admin
  • Click on ‘Products’ on the left hand menu
  • Click on one of the products that should be appearing in your ‘Featured Products’ section
  • On the top left, look for the ‘Product Status’ box
  • Check to make sure the product is ‘active’
  • If it’s active, click the blue text that says ‘manage’

  • Make sure that the checkbox is checked for the ‘Online Store’ option. If it’s not checked, check it off now.
  • If you’ve just checked it, go to the theme editor and re-add the products to this section and hit ‘save’.
  • Then, check your website to see if the products are now visible.

This usually solves the issue for folks, but please let me know if it doesn’t for you!

I also have a few questions I’d like to ask, too, just in case the steps above don’t solve things:

  • What theme are you using in your store?
  • Can you provide a link to your store so we can see this section not loading products in real-time?
  • Are the products not loading for a ‘Featured Product’ section, or for a ‘Featured Collection’ section?
