Why aren't my messages loading when hiring an ecommerce expert?

I am trying to hire a shopify expert but when they send me a message, I click on “messages” and the page doesn’t load. I have tried using different browsers but still nothing. How can I fix this?

Are you able to send a screenshot of the error please? Are you able to also try accessing this via an incognito window and let me know if the issue still persists?
