Why aren't my new products appearing in my store after switching POD suppliers?

I recently switched from Teelaunch to Printful for my POD supplier. I began recreating the products, but the new products don’t appear in my store. I tried changing or adding tags, but I was unsuccessful.

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

My suggestion would be to review the How to connect your Shopify store to Printful guide to ensure that you have set up your shop correctly. Once that is done, you will need to head over to Printful and locate the store you just connected in the Stores section on your Dashboard. Once you’re there, click Add Product and this will take you to Printful’s push generator where you can choose what products to sell. Then, you should be able to view the products in the Products section of your Shopify Admin. From this point, I’d suggest adding them to a specific collection and linking it directly to your shop,
