I have uploaded two new products however they aren’t going live because the online store has a “scheduled for a certain time.” That time keeps passing and a new time comes on and they won’t go live.
Is it possible to not schedule a product to go live and rather just have it go live once you’ve entered all of it’s details?
I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is very helpful! When creating or managing a product you can Make the product available on your online store. If you navigate to the product that you would like to make these changes to and edit the product. You should see the product status section that will allow you to change the product from draft or active.
In order to have the product available on your online store, you will need to make sure that the Online store is listed as an available sales channel. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
When the product status is set to active and you have the online store listed as an available sales channel, your product will be available to list on the online store and allow your customers to make purchases.
