When I go to a collections page and then try to click on the arrow at the bottom of the products to advance to the next product page, it’s like the button doesn’t exist and that it is just a picture possibly. Anyone have this issue? I need this fixed ASAP, as my customers can only see the first page of products!!

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. Would you mind sharing your online store URL and let us know which theme you are using? As this will allow us to take a closer look at the issue at hand.
If you are unsure about which theme you are using, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select on the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
