Why aren't my orders importing into the ERP system?

Orders have stopped importing into our ERP system, ERP tech support are saying its an issue with API requests where orders are not being returned

Parameters causing issues are:

financial_status

fulfillment_status

Thanks for this, we were experiencing the same issues for 50+ shops. Good to know this is a global issue.
