Good afternoon, I received the order, linked my PayPal but the funds were not credited to my account, what could be the problem.

That is a great question! When you navigate to your payment gateways by selecting Settings > Payments, do you happen to see that you PayPal account is connected? I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
If you do see that the PayPal account is connected successfully, I would check to see if you have received an email from PayPal about the amount that may need to be claimed.
