BUT, When I open my website and IG business account that connect my Shopify store on my PHONE, Price are all right!! It was so confused, I keep searching online and check my account, I can’t help the answer, I just start my business few days ago, I need to solve the problem ASAP, Plssss HELP!!!

Hi, @KokoTian .

Seeing as you’re able to view the correct prices on your mobile phone, it sounds like there might be a browser caching issue when attempting to view your website via your computer. To troubleshoot this, you can follow the instructions below:

  • Try to access your website via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache before viewing your website
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try accessing the website on Chrome or Firefox
  • If you have another device you can use to troubleshoot, such as a tablet or a different computer, you can also try viewing your website from there to see if you’ll be able to view the correct prices for your products

Let me know how you get on with the steps above!

In the meantime, you mentioned that you’ve recently started your business? How are things going with your store, apart from this product pricing issue?

For businesses that are starting out, remember that marketing your store and products will help drive traffic and, hopefully, sales to your store. There are both paid and unpaid strategies that you can try out, to see which one works best for your business. I’ll leave some resources for you below, in case you’d like to take a closer look at and get some inspiration on the different marketing tactics that you can try out on your end!
