Why aren't my products appearing in store preview and search?

I understand that your products are not showing up when you preview your store’s navigation menu. You will want to ensure that your products are set to “Active” and available in the Online Sales Channel. You can check this by heading over to each individual product page or through the bulk editor.

Another very common issue that may cause this is that the collections or pages that are linked to your menu are not connected to the correct source. In order to do this, please follow these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.
  2. On the Navigation page, click the name of the menu that you want to view.
  3. Click on the menu item and ensure that the Link section is synced with the correct page.
  4. Click Save menu.
