Why aren't my products appearing in the correct order on my website?

Hello,

I have been doing some work on my website, changing items that are out of stock from “Active” to “Draft” status. I have my collection order set to “Manual” so that I can specify the order that items appear on my website. I have always had it this way, but now, suddenly that doesn’t seem to be making any difference as to how they are appearing on my website. My products are not appearing in the order that I have them set to on my admin side. I hope this makes sense.

Oh! So glad I asked the question. I hope it’s a temporary glitch too. I thought I messed something up while doing my work, as I have just enough knowledge on how to manage my website to be dangerous! Thanks for your reply. Now I can walk away and hope that it will resolve soon.

I think so, but I had 30 minutes of awful customer service and my six page collection of manual products got ruined cause he tampered with it and changed it to featured ! UUUUGH

Looks like they did something to fix it all.

I just wasted a half hour. Oh well
