My product has no tags. I’ve added it to a collection but for some reason it is not showing up on Product Grid no matter what. It says it is Active so I don’t understand the problem.
I’ve googled it and people’s solution was the navigation menu and removing tags but I’m confused? I have no tags.
Am I forced to use “Product Grid” because the options on it are not very straight forward on what I’m supposed to do to even select my products.

Ensure that the correct collection is linked in the navigation menu. You can check this by clicking Online Store > Navigation.
Confirm that the products included in the collection are set as Active. I recommend clicking the arrow to see which SALES CHANNELS AND APPS they’re active on.
Lastly, I wanted to share our adding a favicon resource with you as I understand you’re in the building process of your store. A favicon is a tiny image that appears next to your store’s name in the web browser bar. Uploading a favicon image can help with brand identity as customers will see this when navigating to your website.

Thank you for the timely response! I was mistaken because on the collection itself it showed buy button and online shop was active but after clicking on the product itself, it wasn’t active for online store, only button.
