Hi,
I had not opened the Merchant Center for a while and until yesterday I realized I have 0 products in my feed. And all of my products turned expiring 7 days before lost. I have not received any notification or warning from Shopify or Google about the issue.
Yesterday night I got some idea from this forum to add ‘tags’ to all product to refresh the sync or change the language in Google Channel>Setting>Product Feed Settings. End up all the products are up again. But I realize they are synced to other language(Spanish) I did but not any syncing to my original setting.
Do you all have any idea how I could resync my products back or any manual way to sync them?
The store runs for year, and this happened just in a sudden without any signs. What is the reason causing them expired and lost? Thank you.
