I have created all the shipping rates and package sizes, and put the weights into my products, but when I go into settings, my general profile is showing where it should state “ALL PRODUCTS” it is say “ALL PRODUCTS NOT IN OTHER PROFILES” I have tweaked and search the internet without prevailing, hopefully you can help.
This is causing when I go to checkout that a shipping rate is not being calculated, you can understand my dilemma as the shop is now live and offering free shipping on all products.
To clarify the issue you are experiencing, do you have more than one shipping profile on your store? And did you setup these calculated rates in the default profile, or a new profile?
If you have the rates in a secondary profile you will either want to recreate the rates in the default profile, or move all your products to the secondary profile you created.
The message “all products not in other profiles” is the standard message and shows for all merchants regardless of the number of profiles they have. If you are having difficulties getting this sorted so that the correct rates show at checkout, then I would contact our live support for some real time troubleshooting.
