Shopify payments are turned on, I am in the approved list of countries to accept shopify payments but the option is not showing on checkout. Please help! Any advice?

I am also seeing the same issue here, only Paypal is displaying for me at checkout. For this we will need to investigate how the checkout has been set up so you will need to reach out to live support, as this is the only secure way wee can access your account.

But I received a payment on the 18th of August. ( first payment ) . Its till showing as pending. Hope you can help please ?
Oh that’s odd, it is working well for me.
Can you please try opening this link using a Google Chrome incognito window to see if it then works for you? This is to rule our any device/browser issues that may be preventing you from progressing. Here’s a guide on how to do this.

I have done this and sent an email. It won’t allow me to speak to someone live. Could you advise please as need to get this sorted ASAP?

It should them allow you to select your store, and access immediate live chat support
