When I make changes to the text on my Shopify pages, save and then view…changes do not appear…I have refreshed browser, cleared cache, tried another computer, tried a mac vs win 10..nothing…

Hi Rick,
That might be happening due to some hard-coding on your website. If you’ve hired someone in the past to adjust that text, he/she might have just edits its root file and removed the variable that is handling the editor modifications.
