So I have welcome email automations set up through the shopify email along with abandoned carts and all. My welcome emails are not going out at all except for 1 customer. When I was looking at that customer I noticed it says the online store set up customer but all of my other subscribed customers says set up by rivo pop ups. I have the app rivo pop up that pops up and gets customers emails along with a 10% discount. Is this the reason why my email welcome automations are not going out when someone subscribes through the pop up? And if so then how do I get all the customers transferred over so the emails will work again? Or can I not do that? If this is the case then I need to Uninstall the Rivo pop up app because I need the welcome emails to go out to everyone that subscribes.
Hello, I do recomment to use Klaviyo for your welcome email series. Shopify email automation is very good for order confirmation but not dedicated for welcome series.
If you want a basic abandonment cart email automation, you can use the shopify default emails. Otherwise you might check Klaviyo or another email services to make it more personalized.
