Why aren't new meta fields showing up on product pages?

Hey,

we have some problems with the meta fields at the product pages.

After creating some meta fields for colours and files (screenshoot 1), we placed them on a product in the backend (screenshoot 2). Then, when we wanted to integrate them on the product page while editing the theme, the new metafields for the colours and the files aren’t there to select (screenshoot 3). In general we don’t have problems to work with meta fields. Only for the new ones we created they are not visible when we want to integrate them. meta fields as a text are working, but notfor colours and files. We ware trying to solve this problems since weeks now, but we didn’t found a solution. We tried it with the dawn theme in our backend, which ist not live.

Thanks in advance for your help. I think integrate these metafields is not possible at the moment. But I think it has to be part of a shopify theme.

Our domain is cb dsi.eu (written together without the space).

That field will be looking for text metafields - something both the colour picker and image metafields are not. That’s why they don’t show in the list.

That won’t stop you from being able to use that content. If you only have the option to use text fields, it may mean you instead edit the code of the theme directly to show the metafield.
