Looking at the screenshot you sent, it seems like the PayPal payment icon is still visible on your footer. That could indicate that the rest of the payment methods are not enabled within your admin settings.
Depending on your location, you can view available payment methods on this link. Once you decide on which gateways to use, head over to your admin Settings section and under Payment Providers, enable the gateway of your choice. The corresponding payment method icon should appear in the footer. Here is a guide on setting up different payment gateways in Shopify.
