You are correct that the policy links do not show on the password page, this is expected behavior. The content for the policy pages would be hosted behind the password page, along with the other website content.
You could potentially add links using custom CSS with the content, but that would be beyond our standard scope of support. A page builder app or third party developer might be able to assist with that.
