Dear Shopify-Team,
we want to start our online store today and have a problem with the mobile view of our product pages.
The product images don’t show up on mobile devices !
If you visit a product page, the image space stays empty.
When you switch your phone to landscape it appears.
If you switch back to portrait mode it still is there.
We use the Prestige Theme.
Please help that we can get online today.

I had a look at your store following your link, and I found the same issue on mobile - the product images did not load.
Since you are using a third party theme, our own theme team will not be able to look into the code to find the issue, but I had a look and I found some contact options for the developers of Prestige on their developer website here, just scroll down to the Get in touch button.
Since you shared a link to your store, I was able to have a quick look - you’re doing a great job getting everything together! Just make sure you’re filling in all the spaces where you have placeholder text and images such as this:
It can be very easy to overlook a detail such as what I have highlighted, but paying attention to things like this can go a long way and give your website an overall more professional look.
Another way to achieve that more finished look is by removing the Powered by Shopify which is found in the footer of your website. This can be done by following these steps here.
