Why aren't product reviews displaying on my website?

Hello, I am trying to get reviews to show on my website, i followed the instructions for the shopify product reviews app and it shows the star rating, but still on the product page, it says no reviews but shows the star rating. my website is The Shower Case – TheShowerCase (aeb4b5.myshopify.com) if anyone can help me out here i woukd appreciate it greatly, also it shows on the review app and it says they are published, but they are nowhere to be found on my website. once again i would appreciate it anyone could help me. thanks

Follow the below points.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

  2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

  3. Navigate to the product template where you want to add the review and review form section.

  4. Click Add section.

  5. From the drop-down menu, in the Apps section, select the Reviews app block.

  6. Optional: Move the app section to the place you want it on the page.

  7. Click Save.

This is the same exact problem I’m having. These instructions are how to get the review field on the product template. I think the issue @showercasee has is that the review window is there, but even though the rating window shows there are reviews, the review window shows “No reviews yet”.

I’m having the same problem. No reviews showing even though the reviews app is on and stars are showing.

Hi,

I’m also having this problem. I imported product reviews correctly and triple-checked that they’re published. I also added both blocks, the stars and the reviews. The stars section updates instantly, while the review section still says “no reviews” even though the stars above it show the number of reviews for the product.

I am also having this issue. Has this really been broken for 6+ months with no resolution?!?

I have the same issue earlier this morning. But after a few hours of taking a break from this nonsense, there it goes. Displayed out of nowhere.

I’m having the same issue. but only with one particular product. all app embeds are there. reviews imported. shows on mobile device but not on desktop. when the desktop page loads you can briefly see how many total reviews there are but then shows no reviews.. did you find a solution?

Same here. I think that it’s the latest review that doesn’t show. It appears briefly, and then disappears.

Having the same issue!! reviews not showing :frowning: Still not resolution for this?
I’ve also added the Bundle App and it some functions (like adding them to a Draft Order) are not available.

Please Shopify if you do provide, and suggest, the use of your APPS, be sure to check they work and quickly assist if they are not any more. Thanks

I’m having the same issue. Some of my body scrubs are showing 1 review and 5 stars but the review box shows there are no reviews. When I go to the Review app, it doesn’t even show a review for those items

I am facing the same issue.
My app’s stars are visible in store, but reviews widget is not visible. Even app is embeded.
