Hi, I’m still in the free trial for a couple days so I dont know if this is affecting it.
I offer a flat rate to Canada and USA of $10. I added a product to my cart but the shipping never shows up at all, just the item cost and the taxes.
What am I doing wrong?
I’m using the General Rates section since I don’t need any parameters for the shipping costs, just keeping it real simple.

Thanks, I did read that, it looks like it’s set up correctly although it’s hard to tell, it’s very complicated vs what I’m used to with Etsy.
Ended up with a customer service chat, determined that for some reason, all my products weren’t marked as needing shipping so had to do that.
You can set up your store during the free trial, but you need to choose a monthly plan before you start selling your products or services.
