Why aren't size variants displaying on my website?

I have a variant for sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and none of them are showing up on my website. it just shows “add to cart” or “buy now” and automatically chooses XS. I am using the theme craft. thank you

I’ve taken a look and it appears that the theme Craft does not have the “variant picker” block included in the product page template by default. This means that without adding the variant picker manually, your customers won’t see variant options on the storefront.
