Why can customers not access my website while I can?

Some of my customers are saying my website is down but i can access it without issue

It sounds as though it is a localized issue on the customer’s end. However, I’d like to verify a few things on my end to see what happens. Would you be able to provide me with the URL to your store so I may take a look?

In the meantime, have you received any emails suggesting that your domain might be expiring soon or that any action is required with your account?

Thanks for your reply. The url is ww.vintageandthecity.co.za. I didn’t get a notification that it’s expiring

@Juno5 , thanks for providing the URL. It’s working fine on my end as well. My best guess would be that we were experiencing an outage when you had customers unable to access the storefront. When/if it happens again, I encourage you to check our status page to see if there are any ongoing issues that may have affected your storefront.
