This issue is very detrimental to my business. I have appoint only one of my staff as a cashier and the rest are floor staff with tables. BUT!!! Can you confirm if your member of staff has a full staff account? Or do they only have a POS-specific staff account?

Okay, thank you. It is possible to edit POS staff member permissions but only with a POS Pro subscription. If this location does not have POS Pro enabled then the staff permissions are set to default and cannot be amended.

I have POS Pro and my staff can’t login on her phone with a code. It is frozen. HELP - we have tried everything.
