I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your domain, I’d be happy to help.
I tried accessing your store and was unable to, and received an error message. Did you purchase your domain from Shopify, or is it a third-party domain? If it’s a third-party domain, have you followed the steps outlined in this help document to connect your domain to your Shopify store?
If you’re still unsure of what the issue is, I ask that you take a screenshot of the domain section of your Shopify admin (you can get there by clicking Settings in the bottom left corner, then click Domains) and share it with me here so I can investigate further.
