Why can't anyone find my website and how can I fix it?

how can I gt my web page for my family friends can view it. Because no one can seem to find it not even me

A few questions to help troubleshoot this:

  • When you say it’s not working, what do you mean?
  • Do you see an error, or something else?
  • If you look in the URL box when logged into your store, you’ll see your “.myshopify.com” URL - If you copy and paste the URL does it load your website?
  • How are you sharing your store with your friends and family?

i cant log in and my customers cant visit my page

Your store is online; however, your URL is sassybutclassycreations1.myshopify.com - Domain URLs can not include the “@” symbol and would require a period “.” and not a comma. Using the correct URL when trying to log in should allow you access to your store.

but my products not there. i load everything earlier this week

Are you certain you’re logging into the right account? If you’re not seeing products within your store and you’re sure that you uploaded products, then that would indicate you may have created more than one account.

How did you import your products? Did you upload them via CSV or another method?
