Why can't buyers purchase Zendrop-imported products from my website?

Hello. I connected with zendrop.
Buyers can’t buy products from my website that are imported from zendrop. (I don’t have this problem with CJdropshipping)

I think It’s because of weight that is 0.
buyer gets this message on checkout . Anyone knows what I can do?

This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.

Hello! I found the problem! I had to create a shipping rate for zendrop! Now it works fine and customers can checkout
