Clients are only using one code FREEGIFTS and get the following message
: “FREEGIFTS couldn’t be used with your existing discounts. You already have a better combination.”
There isn’t another discount they are using. I only have this one in the priviy app, and on shopify I only have this one and a referral code that is NOT being used.

It’s difficult to pinpoint what the issue is without accessing your admin and I won’t be able to authenticate you over any community communication for safety reasons. I was having the same issue and I think in my case it has to do with the discount amount being $0.00 or 0% off. I’ve used this $0.00/0% discount before without issue but am now getting this same error message. I’m using this discount as a promo to receive a free gift with purchase which is why the amount is $0.00 or 0% and the buy X get Y requires the customer to add the free item into their cart which doesn’t make sense for this particular promotion I’m running.
I found a workaround that’s not ideal, but applying a $0.01 fixed amount discount applying it once to the order gets around fixing the error.
